Learn to flow with life and emotions as they arise, using breath and movement of the body.
Participate in a guided yoga class each day including Open Heart Flow, Restorative, and Kundalini flow. Below are descriptions of what each offers to the mind, body, and spirit.
Open Heart Flow
Movement, breath and music will take students on a journey which will encourage the release of stress, negativity, and old wounds, while opening up the body and encouraging love, compassion, self acceptance, and gratitude.
Restorative + Yoga Nidra
A gentle practice will work to target fascia and tightened connective tissue in overused muscle groups across your body. Students will find this practice relaxing and balancing. The class will conclude with an extended guided Savasana, taking students through a yoga nidra experience.
This practice will begin with an overview of the chakras. We will tap into our internal fire with repetitive movements and music that invokes a trance-like state, moving us together spiritually, and driving feelings of release, joy, connectedness and emotion.
